This refund policy helps you understand how Djoumessi (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles matters related to clients’ (“you”, “yours”, “your”) request to return products and get refunds. This policy holds together with our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
All sales of digital content are final and no refund will be issued. However, we may be available, on our sole discretion, to attend, on case-by-case basis, to difficulties related to purchases and downloads.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We will gladly accept returns within thirty (30) days of receipt of the product.
You will ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all names and order numbers on the returned parcels.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns of products that have been used or altered in any way.
If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before initiating a refund request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at loremipsum@lorem.com and include your order number, the item(s) you are returning, and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
